Successful people don’t pay attention to these 8 things.

Challenges Successful People Overcome
It is truly fascinating how successful people face challenges in their lives. They too have uncontrollable obstacles to overcome. Ordinary people give up when faced with problems and see obstacles as insurmountable, while successful people overcome them. Their self-confidence in times of hardship is combined with their ability to let go of negative energy, which is why they make more progress than others.

Experts have studied this phenomenon and found that success in life comes from an important distinction: when you fail, do you accept it as a mistake that can be fixed with effort, or do you accept it as a weakness that you cannot control?

In addition, experts have conducted many studies on people and found that people who see personal weaknesses as the cause of their failures are more likely to be depressed than others. Optimistic people see failure as an experience that they can use to perform better in the future than in the past.

This mindset requires emotional intelligence, and it’s no surprise that millions of people who have been tested for talent smart have found that 90 percent of them have high emotional intelligence. Maintaining this mindset is not easy, and there are certain things in particular that can make it difficult to break down. These challenges hold people back and seem insurmountable, but successful people overcome them because they set a goal and work hard to achieve it. In this episode of Namnak, we’ll explore some of these.

8 Issues and Challenges That Successful People Don’t Care About
1- People’s Opinions
When your sense of pleasure and satisfaction comes from the opinions of others, you are no longer responsible for your own destiny. Although it is impossible not to react to what others think of you, you do not have to pass your success on to others. You can use the opinions of others without caring about what they think of you. Think about the fact that your personal value is higher than all these thoughts.

Successful people know that caring about what others think is a waste of time and energy. When they feel good about what they are doing, they don’t let anyone stop them from feeling that way. No matter what others think of you at any given moment, one thing is always certain: you are never as good or as bad as they say you are.

2- Age
Age is really just a number, so successful people don’t let age determine what they should do. Without fail, people will force themselves to tell you what you should do based on your age. To be successful, you need to not listen to these people because successful people follow their hearts and let their passions guide them.

3-Toxic people

Successful people believe in a simple concept: You become the 5 people you spend the most time with. Some of the most successful companies in recent history were founded by brilliant people. Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak of Apple lived in the same neighborhood, Bill Gates and Paul Allen of Microsoft met in prep school, and Sergey Brin and Larry Page of Google met at Stanford University.

Just as great and successful people help you become the best you can be, toxic people pull you down with them. Through various methods, such as negativity or even anger. Toxic people cause stress and conflict that should be avoided at all costs.

If you feel dissatisfied in your life, just look around you because they may be the root of your problems. As long as you surround yourself with toxic people, you will not reach the top.

4-Fear
Fear is a long-lasting emotion and is reinforced by your imagination. Fear causes adrenaline to be released into the blood but it is a choice. Successful people are aware of this and that is why they face their fears and do not run away from them. They are addicted to the feeling of euphoria that they get from overcoming fear.

Never be afraid in life because death is not the worst thing that can happen to you, but the worst thing that can happen to you is to let yourself die inside while you are still alive.

5-Negativity
Life won’t always go the way you want it to, but when you hit the rough spots, you just have to keep trying, just like everyone else. Successful people appreciate every moment, and instead of complaining, they are grateful for everything they have, and they find the best solution to their problems and move on.

When successful people see negativity in others, they avoid it by setting boundaries and distancing themselves. It is better to always remember this example to understand this:

“Imagine you are next to a person who smokes, do you sit in front of him all the time? Of course not and he will distance himself from him, so you should do the same with negative people.

The best way to put complaining people in their place is to talk about the solution to the problem they are complaining about. Make sure they refuse to discuss or change the subject in a strange way.

6-Thinking about the past or future
The past and future are also products of your mind, like fear. No sense of guilt can change the past and no sense of anxiety can change the future. Successful people are aware of this and try to focus on their current life. This is almost impossible, but try to accept your current life, good or bad.

To live in the moment, you need to consider two things:

1- Accept your past. If you don’t deal with your past, it will never leave you, and your future will be shaped by it. Successful people know that the best time to look back is when you want to assess your progress.

2- Accept the future. Never have unrealistic expectations of yourself and don’t worry. Worrying is like paying off a debt that doesn’t belong to you.

7. Pay attention to the world situation
Every time you listen to the news, you will know that the world is just an endless cycle of wars, violent attacks, failed economies, bankrupt companies and environmental disasters. It is easy to think that the world is rapidly going downhill. With these interpretations, successful people never worry about this because they do not involve themselves in things that are beyond their control. Instead, they focus their energy on their attention and effort. They focus their attention on good things happening and do things that improve their personal lives and the world around them so that the world is a better place.

8. Lack of motivation
A lack of motivation is naturally something that successful people have to deal with. While feeling unmotivated can make even the simplest of tasks challenging, successful people can accept this because they will inevitably have to deal with it and they certainly do not let it stop them from doing their jobs. Your success comes from your mindset. With discipline, you can know that these obstacles will never hold you back from your abilities.
